Statement pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003 regarding the protection of personal data
Data supplied by users when enrolling for services on-line and in
the information application forms at www.consorzioremedia.it,
or data that in any case are acquired by Consorzio ReMedia when
performing services for its customers are stored in the electronic
databases owned by Consorzio ReMedia, with offices at Via Messina
38, Milan.
For the purposes of processing the data, that data controller
shall be Consorzio ReMedia in the person of its legal
representative. Users' personal data are processed having
regard for the principles of protecting privacy as laid down in
Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the other rules
relating to this matter.
The data processing is carried out using such procedures as ensure
users' confidentiality and consists in the collection of the data,
their recording, organisation, storage, processing, amendment,
selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking,
communication, release, cancellation, and destruction. It may
include a combination of two or more of the activities above.
The personal data requested may be either obligatory or optional,
as can be seen in the procedure for enrolment and for applying for
the services offered. Where obligatory data is provided and
then processed, as in the cases just indicated, this is strictly
for the purpose of operating the services mentioned. If users
refuse to provide such data, or they withhold consent to the data
being processed, it will be impossible for them use the service
offered by Consorzio ReMedia.
The other data gathered assist Consorzio ReMedia in offering an improved service. The user is free to provide such data or otherwise.
In particular, personal data is processed for the following

Information and/or offers can be presented on products, services,
or initiatives provided or promoted by Consorzio ReMedia, and/or by
affiliated companies as, too, by commercial partners and
outsourcers, without the personal data being transferred to third
parties.
Processing users' data for the purposes listed above will mostly
involve automated and computerised procedures, having regard at all
times for the rules in law on privacy and security. The data shall
be held for the legally allowed term at Consorzio ReMedia and
processed by its employees or by self-employed specialists that are
engaged by ReMedia and carry out the above work under its direct
supervision and responsibility.
Users can, at any moment, access the data regarding them to
exercise their rights as in article 7 of Legislative Decree no.
196/2003.
